How Sam Works
Sam is not licensed under the California Contractors State License Law. Sam only advertises and performs small jobs in California when the total labor and materials stay under $1,000, no permit is required, and Sam completes the work personally without employees.
More Than Just Repairs
Hello! I'm Sam, the owner and the person who shows up to every job. I built Sam's Handyman Services after completing hundreds of small home projects and seeing how many homeowners needed careful help with jobs that don't require a licensed contractor.
Whether it's mounting a TV, assembling complex furniture, hanging artwork, or patching a wall, I believe every small job deserves patience, precision, and a clean finish.
My goal is simple: make your life easier while staying squarely within California's rules for unlicensed handyman work. If something falls outside that scope, I'd rather say no than take the wrong kind of project.
