2. Service Availability

Services are offered primarily in Burbank, Glendale, West Hollywood, and select areas of Los Angeles. Sam's Handyman Services only accepts jobs that fit California's unlicensed small-job rules: the total labor and materials must stay under $1,000, the work must not require a permit, and the work is performed by Sam without employees. We reserve the right to refuse service for any project outside that scope.

3. Estimates & Quotes

Quotes provided online or over the phone are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual on-site conditions and the scope of work required. We will always communicate any price changes before proceeding with work.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sam's Handyman Services and protected by applicable copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

This site is provided "as is". We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.
